Returning an item back to Visual Candy

Contact must be made within 30 days of purchase for the following:

Damaged Goods
All of our t-shirts are thoroughly checked before dispatch, to ensure our customers receive the highest quality garments.

If your t-shirt arrives scuffed or damaged (this may happen during shipping) please contact us before returning your t-shirt and we will arrange to replace it with a new one. Replacements will be of the same size/colour as the returned one and will be dispatched only when we receive the damaged one.

Wrong Size
If you have ordered the wrong size please contact us before returning your t-shirt. We will exchange it for the same design and colour but of a different size. All returned t-shirts must be in an unworn and unwashed condition.

We will print and dispatch your replacement only when we have received your original item.

Refunds
We will only make a refund if we have made an error on your order e.g. we have sent you a size/colour not as your order states.
