Returning an item back to Visual Candy
ALL of our t-shirts are thoroughly checked before dispatch, to ensure our customers receive the highest quality garments. If your t-shirt arrives scuffed or damaged (this may happen during shipping) please contact us BEFORE returning your t-shirt and we will arrange to replace it with a new one. Replacements will be of the same size/colour as the returned one and will be dispatched only when we receive the damaged one.
ALL of our t-shirts are CUSTOM-PRINTED so please check that all sizes and colours are correct before placing your order. Your returned t-shirts are no good to us, we cannot resell them as they are custom-made to your preference. WE WILL NOT REFUND/EXCHANGE: If YOU have ordered the wrong size. If YOU have ordered the wrong colour. If YOU bought it for a 'friend', but they don't like it (yes someone really has tried to pull that one). WE WILL EXCHANGE:
If your t-shirt is damaged (replacements will be of the same size/colour as the damaged one). If WE have made an error on your order e.g. we have sent you a size/colour not as your order states. WE WILL REFUND:
